You will need to send us a video of your appliance(s) working. Full details of how to do this can be found in the email we will send you. This will need to be received within 28 days or the policy will be automatically cancelled.
There is an exclusion period of 28 days from your policy start date when you will not be covered.

Your appliance will have been provided with a manufacturer's warranty, covering breakdown. If your appliance is still within its manufacturer warranty period then this product is not right for you. Just give UK Warranty a call on 0300 303 4033 at the end of your warranty if you would like to cover your appliance. Please feel free to call us if you would like to discuss any queries you may have.

Before we can start your cover, you'll need to send us a video of your appliances working within days. We'll send a text and email with instructions on how to do this. If we don't get your video, we won't be able to cover you and your policy will be cancelled automatically.
